Shipping

Processing. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when the package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery. Most orders arrive in 7 to 15 business days in the US and Canada. Items that ship from a US warehouse usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Each product page says which applies to that item. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Where it ships from. Products ship from our partner warehouses in Asia and the United States, depending on the item. We are a US company, Meowsera LLC, based in New Mexico.

Where we ship. United States and Canada only. We do not offer expedited shipping at the moment.

Tracking. Use the link in your shipping email or the Track Order page. Tracking can take 1 to 3 days to show the first scan after you receive the number.

Delays. Carriers sometimes run late, especially around holidays. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email us with your order number and we chase it for you.

Returns

30 days. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.

How to start. Email meowsera.official@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Please do not ship anything back before we reply. If the return is accepted, we send you a return label and instructions on where to send it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email us a photo and your order number as soon as it arrives. We replace or refund it, and we do not ask you to return it first.

Not returnable. Sale items, gift cards, and items that have been mounted, used or washed.

Exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the one you want.
