How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 15 business days in the US and Canada. Items that ship from a US warehouse usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The product page says which applies to that item. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Where do you ship from?
We are a US company (Meowsera LLC, New Mexico). Products ship from our partner warehouses in Asia and the United States, depending on the item. We do not hold stock in our office, which is why we ship with tracking on every order.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not right now. We keep to the US and Canada so we can quote delivery times we can actually meet.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first with your order number. If the return is accepted, we send you a return label and instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
My item arrived damaged or it is the wrong item. What now?
Email us a photo and your order number as soon as it arrives. We sort out a replacement or refund without making you ship anything back first.
How do I mount the wall shelves?
Each shelf lists what comes in the box on its product page. You need a drill and a level. Mount into wall studs where you can, and use anchors rated for the weight when you cannot. Space steps 12 to 16 inches apart so a cat can move between them without jumping.
Will my cat actually use it?
Most do, with a little patience. Put the shelf or tree near a window or next to a spot your cat already likes. Let them find it on their own. If after 30 days it is still ignored, return it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your address.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Track Order page with your order number.
